Required License and Certifications:
Master s in social work and WA state License
Emergency Room Assignment: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required
Inpatient Unit: LICSW preferred. Minimum of Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical(LSWAIC) required, but proof of current supervision status needed.
Willing to accept WA LICSW temporary probationary license
BLS not required
Skills required:
Acute care case management experience is a must
Behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, discharge planning for post-acute placements (understanding SNF level of care, understanding regulatory requirements)
If traveler is scheduled to work, they could also be the remote resource Social Worker for the Off Campus EDs in the area.
EPIC experience required
