Job Description
Focused on delivering exceptional care, Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Special Procedures Technologist for a travel assignment in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate radiographic equipment to perform complex specialized tasks, including vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
- Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence.
- Maintain equipment performance to specification, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Develop and maintain skills in various clinical systems, including McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, and Teletrak.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, patients, and families to provide compassionate and sensitive care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interventional Radiographer (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees
- Meet all local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment
- Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages
