Role Description
This full-time, on-site Retirement Plan Specialist role is based in Tulsa, OK. The role involves assisting with the administration of retirement plans by managing compliance testing, plan design, and reporting along with processing distributions and loans. The Retirement Plan Specialist will also provide guidance on retirement plan strategies, collaborate with clients to optimize their qualified plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires proactive client support and clear communication to help clients maximize plan benefits for their employees.
Qualifications
· Interest in retirement planning, employee benefits, or financial services
· Basic understanding of retirement plans such as 401(k) and 403(b) plans preferred
· Willingness to learn compliance testing, plan administration, and regulatory reporting
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and data
· Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel required
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
· Prior experience in retirement plan administration or financial services is helpful but not required
