What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and solving real problems — leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.

• Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.

• Working directly with residents — being the one who gets it done.

• Partnering with teammates and trusted vendors.

• Rotating on-call to respond fast — and earning extra when you do.

What You Bring to the Table

• A solid work ethic. Show up, own your day, finish what you start.

• General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.

• Pride in craftsmanship.
