Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25/hr On-Call Pay Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday rotating on-call

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and solving real problems — leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.
- Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.
- Working directly with residents — being the one who gets it done.
- Partnering with teammates and trusted vendors.
- Rotating on-call to respond fast — and earning extra when you do.
What You Bring to the Table
- A solid work ethic. Show up, own your day, finish what you start.
- General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
- Pride in craftsmanship.
