Focus Physiotherapy is looking to bring on additional clinical experts to supplement our amazing staff and clinics. Focus offers additional bonus opportunities as well as a large annual stipend and time off specifically for continuing education (excluded from paid time off accruals).

Essential responsibilities
· Assess and develop personalized treatment plans, specific to each client
· Maintain communication with all professional stakeholders regarding client’s plan of care.
· Lead and develop peers and support staff by exemplifying our core values
Position Description: The physical therapist is the autonomous expert in the evaluation and all aspects management of movement dysfunction related to the neuromusculoskeletal system.
Outcomes:
· Visit to eval conversion (V/E) = 10-14 visits/eval
· Weekly patient visits ≥ 60
· Arrival rate ≥ 90%
· Chart audit score > 90%
· Functional outcome scores above the national average
Responsibilities:
1. Client Care
· Manages care for 12-14 clients per day, including all related:
o Evaluation: includes patient education to engage client on commitment to plan of care
o Treatment
o Documentation
o Communication with referral sources
o Timely discharge
o Manages support staff in care of clients
· Follow up with potential leads, referrals, or non-compliant patients when directed by Patient Coordinator or marketing associate
2. Expertise
· Self-reflection on outcomes and performance
o Key Performance Indicators
o Schedule Audit when directed by Clinic Director
o Functional Outcome Measures via FOTO
o Chart Audits
o Development action plan/goals
· Skill/knowledge Acquisition
o Participates in bi-monthly tutorials for the first two years of employment with Focus
o Participates in monthly Co-Treats with respective Clinic Director or Director of Education for the first 2 years of employment with Focus
o Studies Online tutorials provided by Focus on ongoing basis while employed
o Advanced certification in Manual Therapy intervention through ASPIRE or NAIOMT
o Continuing education
3. Marketing
· Client engagement post discharge
· Community Outreach
o Participates in seminars throughout the year by presenting and being present for patient
engagement
o Participates in Focus partnered community event
Job Requirements:
· Availability 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday
· Availability for marketing events, as needed
· Proficiency in computer skills for electronic medical records (EMR)
· Ability to perform manual physical therapy for up to 8 hours a day
· Ability to perform computer work intermittently and frequently up to 8 hours a day
· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
Education and
Experience:
· Master’s or doctorate degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited program
· Physical Therapy license
· Current CPR certification

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
