Help Bring Fresh Flowers to Neighborhood Businesses Across the Capital Region

Capital District Flowers is growing our retail floral program and looking for an energetic, outgoing person to help introduce our fresh flower displays to gas stations, convenience stores, neighborhood markets, liquor stores, and other retail businesses throughout the Capital Region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and making a visible impact while earning both an hourly wage and performance-based commissions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day you’ll be visiting local businesses to:
- Introduce our fresh floral display program
- Share our marketing materials with business owners and managers
- Explain how our no-risk partnership works
- Build relationships with local retailers
- Follow up with interested businesses
- Help coordinate the onboarding of new retail partners
- Keep track of prospects and upcoming follow-ups

You’ll receive:
- Competitive hourly pay (minimum wage to start)
- Commission for every new retail location that becomes an active partner

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, community outreach, or marketing experience are all excellent backgrounds for this role.
