Salary: NEW RATES! Starting at $48 per hour

Shift Type:

• Double shifts every Saturday & Sunday (Monday thru Friday off, unless you choose to pick up additional shifts)
• OR Single shifts every Saturday & Sunday, plus two single shifts during the week. example: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday singles weekly.
• Work the contract Doubles or the 4/5 singles-get paid an extra shift free. See HR for Details.

Registers Nurse (RN) Supervisor Key Duties

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
  
  
  

Registers Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
