- Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and answering questions as needed
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide security and administrative support to the facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
