Tucker House is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Medicaid Specialist to take ownership of our MA Pending process and help residents and families navigate Medicaid eligibility with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Skilled nursing facility environment with daily interaction with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Medicaid (MA Pending) cases from admission through approval
- Work closely with Admissions & Business Office to identify residents needing Medicaid
- Submit applications and supporting documentation to state agencies
- Coordinate assessments (MA-51, PCA) and follow up on determinations
- Communicate with families, caseworkers, and financial institutions
- Track deadlines to ensure timely approvals and reimbursement
- Stable, full-time role in a well-established facility
- Meaningful work supporting residents and families
- Team-oriented environment with strong leadership support
