What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document all evaluations and treatments using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding patient care
• Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligible)
• New grads welcome to apply
• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
