Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support short-term rehab and long-term care residents in achieving functional goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health
• Help create a positive and motivating rehab experience for residents
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in Pennsylvania
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining team-focused
• Positive attitude and adaptable approach to patient care
