What You’ll Be Doing:
- Evaluating and treating residents in a SNF/LTC setting
- Creating individualized, functional treatment plans that actually make a difference
- Helping patients regain independence in daily living skills (and cheering them on while they do it)
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that truly values rehab
- Documenting care using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred—but not required
- Comfortable with Net Health and PCC—or willing to learn quickly
- A team player who can balance clinical skill with compassion and a little personality
