Milton Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated PTA who enjoys working collaboratively, building meaningful resident relationships, and helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and function. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in improving mobility, safety, strength, endurance, and independence
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC
• Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
