What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional hands-on care and emotional support to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, toileting
- Turn and reposition residents to prevent pressure injuries
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Ensure dietary needs and restrictions are followed during meal times
- Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work closely with nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, resident-centered care
- Active PA CNA Certification
- A passion for caregiving and a heart for seniors
- Reliability, teamwork, and a great attitude
- A desire to make a real difference in someone’s life
