Your Role as a CNA
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our care team, providing daily support and companionship to our residents:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output
- Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Create a warm, respectful, and dignified environment for each resident
- Be a consistent and positive presence in the lives of those you care for
Valid CNA license in Pennsylvania
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to adapt to different personalities and needs with compassion and maturity
