Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, promptly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing excellent customer service and routing calls efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using productivity software.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately within EHR program.
- Support office management duties such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries or provide information
- Utilize computer skills to perform word processing, maintain records, and support administrative projects effectively and confidentially.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about services or products.
Experience
- Prior clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook for communication and scheduling
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general administrative tasks in a professional setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person
- Familiarity with Vision and Medical insurance is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
