⦁ Enable standardized logging, proactive alerting, and continuous profiling to detect issues early and optimize performance and scalability.
⦁ Ensure secure configuration with encryption, secrets management, and compliance with enterprise standards for data protection.
⦁ Design for scalability and cloud/platform readiness (e.g., PCF) with auto-scaling and efficient resource utilization.
⦁ Strong experience in cryptography and API security, including AES/RSA encryption, TLS/PKI, secure key management (HSM/Azure Key Vault), and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.

⦁ Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions.
⦁ Develop, customize, and test applications to integrate to Mastercard’s specifications

Role
⦁ 3 to 8 years of experience in delivering secure solutions in Financial Services Sector or related field.
⦁ Accountable for systems development prioritized initiatives supporting Mastercard Send
⦁ Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with Mastercard standards, processes and best practices.
⦁ Adapt to the technical artifact templates per the needs of the project and technology.
⦁ Hands on full stack developer with day-to-day system development and maintenance activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market.  
⦁ Perform and contribute to test strategy/test design, performance benchmarking, release rollout and deployment plans and contingency/back-out plans.
⦁ Contribute ideas to help ensure that required standards and processes are in place and followed.
⦁ Research and evaluate assigned work to deliver solutions.
