What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Digital & Creator Engagement position at Focal Point Strategy Group?
FPSG is hiring a Director, Creator Engagement.
We're growing our creator engagement practice at Focal Point Strategy Group, and we need someone to run point on day-to-day execution across our client portfolio.
We treat creators like reporters: relationship-driven, earned-first, built on real research instead of paid placements. Our clients work on climate and clean energy, democracy, criminal justice reform, social justice, and immigration, and the creators we partner with actually care about that work.
What you'd own:
- Day-to-day execution of creator engagement programs across our client accounts
- Creator outreach, cohort management, and media placement coordination
- Digital and social strategy support, connecting creator content to clients' own channels
- People management, you'll grow and mentor a team
- Client relationships as day-to-day lead on select accounts
What we're looking for:
7 years in creator/influencer engagement, digital strategy, or advocacy communications, including 2 years managing people or leading a program area. You know how to run multiple client programs at once without dropping the ball, and you've got real instincts for how platforms and creator work move together.
Pay starts at $90,000 with a competitive benefits package including health insurance and 401k matching.
FPSG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We strongly encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities and from BIPOC and LGBTQ communities.
To apply: send your resume and a cover email/letter detailing your relevant experience to jobs@focalpointstrategygroup.com.
