Will be required to work in a healthcare facility, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The job may require lifting and move patients. Day, Evening, weekend, and holiday work available.

- Current CNA certification in the state where employed.
- 15hr Med Tech Certificate (Only if applying for a Med Tech role)
- Two forms of identification (Driver's License and Social Security card)
- Full COVID Vaccination (preferred)
- Most recent Negative PPD (within last 12 months) OR Chest X-ray (within last 5 years)
- 1 years of CNA experience and/or Med Tech experience
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a Long-Term Care and/or Assisted Living setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation
- Assist patients with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Monitor and record vital signs, blood glucose, and other patient information as directed
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician
- Assist patients in therapy and rehabilitation programs
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
