Foard Construction Co, LLC is a small family owned construction company that specializes in a wide variety of commercial projects.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator:
- Maintain and update clients, subcontractors, vendors and projects in Red Team construction software
- General Office Work (Answer telephone, typing, filing, copying, scanning, etc.)
- Utilize Red Team Software for set up & maintenance of vendors, clients & projects
- Generate Construction Documents via Red Team (Owner Contracts, Subcontracts & Change Orders)
- Track Insurance Certificates – Request COI from subs & enter in Red Team
- Close Out Documents – compile Close Out Notebooks for Owners
- Mail – Open mail received & stamp date received
- Post Office – Go to PO Box to retrieve mail weekly
- Bank Deposits – Copy checks, complete deposit tickets and take to the bank
- Assist in tracking completed subcontracts in Red Team
- Submittals – assist in requesting & tracking submittals from subcontractors via Red Team
- Lien Waivers – assist in requesting & tracking lien waivers from subcontractors
- Lien Agent – Complete Assignment of Lien Agent & Notice to Lien Agent for new projects online via LiensNC.com
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Charlotte, NC 28204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
