Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for someone to join our family as a Glue Line Operator at our Mitchell, Indiana location.

This role starts at $13 an hour. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assembly of glued parts as instructed
- Other miscellaneous general labor jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations
