We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at a FORTUNE 500 Title Insurance company. Our team is responsible for the marketing efforts of several commercial and residential title brands under the Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) umbrella. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing coordinators to develop design concepts.
- Create graphics, layouts, and visual content for various digital and print media.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects and marketing materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience required.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expert in PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 products.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Video editing experience.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive and can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits
$45,000 - $55,000 discretionary quarterly bonuses after 90 days have passed. Typical bonuses range from $1k to $3k but are up to manager discretion.
