The Customs Consulting Specialist I is responsible for analyzing and developing consulting services for the clients. Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop consulting services and products tailored to client and market needs.
- Plan and conduct internal or client-facing training sessions related to regulatory compliance and consulting offerings.
- Develop sales materials and proposals for consulting products, including presentations, brochures, and customized client documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customs compliance.
- Ensure team members understand and implement company controls, policies, procedures, processes, and applications.
- Conduct ongoing training, including attending seminars and conferences, to stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and trade agreements.
- Assist in the implementation and control of any new legislation or client requirements.
- Assists Regulatory/Customs compliance in resolving transactional issues entry, withdrawal, or inbound transit with customer, Customs Broker, or freight forwarder.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
- Experience in customs, regulatory consulting, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, project-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
