Position Title: Mortgage Sales Development Specialist Business Unit: Mortgage Reports to: Manager of Mortgage Sales and Operations Development Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for directly supporting the Management and the sales leadership team from a strategic planning, training and sales support capacity. The incumbent supports sales leadership and our front-line sales team with training, development, recognition, reporting, strategic planning and process efficiency improvement and conducts onboarding, sales/system training, procedure writing and sales project facilitation. The incumbent supports Bank partnerships and communication and facilitates internal mortgage team collaboration. Primary Responsibilities: Partners with sales leadership to develop and facilitate training / onboarding, sales activity management and reporting, recognition programs, and process / procedure creation and publication for the mortgage sales group. Serves as support administrator for the Mortgage Marketing System which includes user profile administration, e-mail and marketing campaign creation and execution and management of the system's communication portal for sales as well as coordinate all sales related administrative components of our internal systems (LOS, Intranet, JDrive, SharePoint, etc.). Facilitates and supports mortgage compensation execution / delivery and reporting as well as customer service, compliance and quality components related to the sales team. Provides administrative support for Management and the sales leadership team (time management, meeting planning/facilitation, reporting, travel, conference calls). Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
