Digital Channels Development Program Associate Program Overview: FNB’s Digital Channels Development Program is designed to build foundational skills in digital product management, customer experience, and payments. Through hands-on experience and structured learning, you will support the development, testing, and performance of digital banking solutions including online and mobile platforms. FNB’s Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams. Your Role: Digital Product Development & Lifecycle Management You will support Product Managers in the design, development, and enhancement of digital banking experiences, including online and mobile platforms. You will assist in documenting product features, user requirements, and enhancements. You will learn how digital products are developed and managed throughout their lifecycle. Product Analytics & Strategic Insights You will perform basic analysis of digital channel performance, customer usage trends, and market insights to support product decisions. You will assist in developing business cases and recommendations for new or improved digital experiences. You will help transform data into actionable insights to support product strategy. Customer Experience & Digital Adoption You will support initiatives that increase adoption and usage of digital channels to attract and retain customers. You will assist with evaluating customer experience and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will help execute customer-focused quality assessments and enhancements. Product Testing & Implementation Support You will participate in testing digital products, identifying defects, and supporting resolution efforts. You will assist in implementation activities for new features, enhancements, or system updates. You will help ensure digital solutions meet functional and user experience standards. Vendor Management & Digital Strategy You will assist in evaluating third-party tools and vendors that support digital products. You will contribute to project tasks, timelines, and documentation related to digital initiatives. You will gain exposure to vendor management and digital product strategy processes. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
