Position Title: Construction Loan Coordinator Business Unit: Mortgage Administration Reports to: Supervisor of Construction Loan Servicing Position Overview: The position will primarily be responsible for receiving and reviewing new construction builder packets for completeness. They will contact builders, borrowers, and sales team for any documentation that is missing. They will assist the builders with all questions on the packet and the approval process. The incumbent will utilize internal systems to obtain required internal credit documents and submit a complete builder package to Supervisor for credit decision. The incumbent will also work with the builder for completion of the draw schedule. Primary Responsibilities: Creates Building Packets for submission to the appropriate person or group for Builder Approval. Enter all builder information to the Built platform using Contractor Management. Creates draw schedules according to the construction contract's pay schedule. Calls the builder to ensure accuracy before sending to the builder and borrower for signature. Makes any and all revisions until agreed to by the builder and borrower within FNB requirements. Prepares management reports by consolidating information, entering dates of requests, follow ups, and completion of all request. Handles questions from builds, borrowers, and sales partners on builder approval and draw schedule status. Reviews and updates internal builder list for expiring builder documentation, and collects the updated documents. Completes a renewal for any expired builder approvals. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
