- Conduct routine patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by assessing situations and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Perform first aid and CPR when required, providing immediate assistance during medical emergencies.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports to ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications if not already held.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency responders.
