Job Description: The Role Providing great customer service in a considerate, supportive and unobtrusive manner. Serving high level Fidelity executives and external guests in a boardroom setting. The Value You Deliver Hand and tray food and beverage service, as well as buffet set-ups Basic food preparation Works well independently and within a team Basic computer skills Highly organized and able to pivot from service to service seamlessly Detail oriented The Expertise You Bring You are a highly motivated individual that can multitask and enjoys a fast paced yet organized environment. You appreciate working with a customer obsessed team and are willing to share your own experiences and skill set. Frequently moves about to accomplish tasks, including service from kitchen to various meeting rooms A high school degree is required and a college degree preferred. 3 years minimum of dining room experience. Food handling certificate and CPR training up to date but can satisfy this requirement on the job The Team Our greatest asset is our diverse and multi-talented people. Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The base salary range for this position is $40,000-76,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
