Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Agent Support – Insurance)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our network of agents and agencies. As a Field Marketing Organization (FMO), we specialize in helping agents get appointed with carriers and successfully onboard with our organization.
In this role, you will primarily assist agents with onboarding, carrier appointments, and general support needs. This is not a traditional call center role—your focus will be on building relationships and providing ongoing support to our agent partners. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate who has strong customer service skills and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist agents and agencies with onboarding processes
- Support carrier appointment applications and follow-ups
- Answer agent questions related to contracting, requirements, and status updates
- Ensure all onboarding and appointment documentation is accurate and complete
- Communicate with carriers to help resolve appointment or contracting issues
- Maintain organized and detailed records of agent interactions and case progress
- Provide timely, professional support via phone and email
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with systems, documents, and processes
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to support and help others succeed
- Insurance or contracting experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be bilingual - English/Spanish
