What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing/Personal Assistant position at FMO Media?
Hiring: Full Time Marketing/Personal Assistant
I’m looking for one ultra-organized, proactive person who can keep my life running smoothly AND be my dedicated content creator/machine for all social platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Immediate Responsiveness to Texts and Phone Calls.
- Film, edit, and package ready-to-post short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X videos, etc.)
- Create carousels, static posts, stories, thumbnails, and captions
- Repurpose long-form content (podcast clips, livestream cuts, etc.) into dozens of short pieces
- Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh ideas daily
- Deliver fully edited, captioned, hashtagged content folders every week (I or someone else will handle scheduling/posting)
- Google Workspace expert (Drive, Docs, Sheets – everything is organized here)
- Pay bills, track expenses, reconcile accounts
- Grocery shopping household stock runs
- Run all errands (post office, returns, pickups, etc.)
- Must have valid driver’s license reliable vehicle
- Hang artwork/TVs, assemble furniture, change light bulbs, etc.
- Occasionally help lift/move furniture or heavy items (50 lb no problem)
You’re perfect if you:
- Must have iPhone
- Must have immediate text response time
- Are obsessively organized and love systems
- Already create high-performing Reels/TikToks (personal or for others)
- Can shoot and edit pro-looking video on your phone or camera
- Write scroll-stopping captions fast
- Have a “figure it out” attitude and zero ego about tasks
- Are 100% trustworthy with finances, keys, and sensitive info
- Thrive on variety and checking things off
- MUST LOVE DOGS!
- Dog walking and feeding
Details:
- Full-time (40–55 hrs/week)
- Salary: $35k–$40k depending on experience
- Start: ASAP
