Role Description The Senior Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmington, NC. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities with prospective clients in key verticals such as real estate, mortgage, law, and healthcare. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing inside sales outreach (phone, email, social), managing lead generation campaigns, and conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with FMO Media’s digital marketing solutions. The role involves building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, preparing and presenting tailored proposals, and collaborating with marketing and account teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospect to client. The Senior BDR will also track activities and performance metrics in CRM tools, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including managing outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining a structured pipeline.
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or opportunity targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, persuasive writing, active listening, and the ability to present solutions to decision-makers.
- Background in or familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments; experience selling marketing or media services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to research target markets, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach to industries such as real estate, mortgage, law, and healthcare.
- Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools to document activities, manage follow-ups, and report on pipeline and performance.
