Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Have all main cocktails recipe memorized for speed and efficiency
- Continuous Pour testing and technique building
- Interact with guests, take orders, server food and drinks?
- Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to specifications?
- Check guests identification and confirm the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies?
- Present bills, accept payments, operates POS system, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions?
- Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience?
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations?
- Maintain bar cleanliness with daily and weekly cleanings
