Role Description The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Morristown, NJ, with flexibility for some work from home. This role manages a portfolio of commercial lines clients, handling day-to-day servicing needs such as policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and coverage questions. The Account Manager collaborates with producers to prepare proposals, review coverage options, and support new business and cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating with carriers on underwriting and billing issues, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation in agency management systems. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, proactively identifying risk management needs, and supporting internal processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Commercial Lines Coverage knowledge, with the ability to interpret policies and advise clients on appropriate coverage solutions.
