Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Construction Sales Person to prepare accurate and competitive bids for fire sprinkler system installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to precision.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare bids and proposals for fire sprinkler construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
- Review material and labor costs to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, including NFPA codes and local regulations.
- Provide support during project planning and execution phases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler system estimating.
- NICET Level II certification in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred.
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler design, installation, and NFPA standards.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, HydraCAD, or similar) and Microsoft (Excel) Office.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
