Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, including conflicts or emergencies, ensuring safety for all involved
• Manage access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications such as conflict management or loss prevention are a plus
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
• Knowledge of security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response strategies
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness
• Commitment to upholding safety standards with integrity and attention to detail
