What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver's Helper position at FMD Distribution?
Responsibilities:
- Assist driver with deliveries, tablet, and communication
- Load/unload materials in/out trucks utilizing material handling equipment
- Stay in communication with central dispatch for all events
- Reading paperwork and confirming correct equipment is being delivered and/or picked up
- Update stops on a tablet
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Flexible in schedule--able to work any shift Monday through Friday, 8-12 hour shifts
- Experience with electronics or moving equipment is a plus
