What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about getting stuck into the detail, as you’ll be tasked with supporting the design and development of new production lines. An average week might include: Setting up production lines
- Identifying ways to improve production lines by suggesting jigs
- Providing technical support relating to manufacturing
- Training members of the team in new or existing equipment
- Troubleshooting and root cause identifying
- Organising and updating documents with process changes, updates and revisions
- Communicating between production groups to streamline operations
As this is an entry level role, you will be trained and guided throughout the whole process with an experienced team behind you, so you’ll be learning from the very best.
- This role will suit you if you…Have a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Can operate Microsoft product software
- Have experience in engineering
- Can manage multiple projects in a manufacturing environment
- Are a highly motivated person
- Know how to troubleshoot product and process issues
Having HVACR experience is a bonus, but it’s not a deal-breaker if you don’t have this.
