Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Design: Develop visually compelling concepts and designs for a variety of media, including digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, and branding materials for Musicbed, Filmsupply, Stills, Trust, and Label.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and reflect the brands' identities.
- Landing Pages: Assist in designing and managing the development of marketing landing pages across all the FM brands.
- Production: Prepare final designs for print and digital production, ensuring all files are ready for release and meet quality standards.
- Presentations: Participate in internal meetings and presentations, effectively communicating your design concepts and receiving feedback from key stakeholders.
- Research & Inspiration: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technology, and continually bring new ideas and approaches to your work.

Experience And Skills
- Experience: 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Expert knowledge of Figma. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion design software is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various mediums. We’re particularly interested in landing pages, digital campaigns, and print work examples.
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent typography and UI/UX skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take and implement feedback effectively.
