Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Proshop Manager position located in Boca Raton, FL. The Proshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the pro shop, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and appealing retail space, scheduling court reservations, and ensuring smooth coordination with coaching staff. The Proshop Manager will also be tasked with managing orders, handling payments, and fostering a positive environment for members and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management and inventory control
- Strong ability to deliver excellent customer service and provide a positive shopping experience
- Knowledge of racquet sports and related equipment is highly preferred
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
