Under the direction of the Professional Development Supervisor for Facility Management, provides high quality and cost effective training and professional development to all Facility Management employees to improve organizational and personal performance, objectives, and goals.

What You'll Do:
- Works with all segments of Facility Management to evaluate and provide instructional design to incorporate into the departmental training plan; identifies and implements competency models and recommends and delivers integrated learning and development tools and instructor-led classroom programs
- Works with appropriate staff to implement and test technology to deliver training programs, learning and development services, and specialized workshops to meet the needs of new and existing employees
- Provides coaching and feedback to employees for collaboration, career development, and other professional skills
- Researches new programs and alternative learning delivery methods, such as computer-based training, implementing a blended-learning approach; recommends and implements programs which will meet the department's learning and development needs
- Markets training programs and reviews usability of records and participant evaluations
- Delivers train-the-trainer programs for all internal trainers identified by the Office of Professional Development, preparing the classroom environment for training and ensuring equipment, materials and resources are available and serviceable
- Oversees the development and review of various course materials, training aids, and equipment Creates a database to track and report on class attendance, employee-training records, program certification, and licenses
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of three (3) or more years documented experience in creating, developing, writing, and formatting training material and conducting training in a corporate or vocational environment
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
