About the Role:
Our client are seeking a highly motivated Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance and management of multiple commercial properties in the Boston, MA area. As an Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment across a portfolio of sites, managing vendor relationships, driving sustainability initiatives, and enhancing overall strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations leadership, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance to maintain high service levels.
- Lead and develop an on-site facilities team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency across the portfolio.
- Drive proactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset longevity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align facility operations with business objectives.
- Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives and energy management programs.
- Ensure timely response to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5 years in facilities management, building operations, or related field.
- Leadership: Strong team management and experience managing leaders.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, contracts, and cost controls.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex challenges and provide effective solutions.
