We are seeking a dedicated Housing Project Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The primary responsibilities include coordinating housing projects, managing timelines and budgets, facilitating communication among stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable housing and mortgage standards, and providing administrative support for day-to-day operations. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and addressing any project-related challenges effectively.
- Project Management and Organizational skills, with an ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
- Strong Administrative and Planning capabilities to support daily operations, documentation, and scheduling
- Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members seamlessly
- Knowledge of Housing and Mortgage compliance standards, regulations, and best practices
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making ability to address project challenges efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
