We produce bird seed and small animal food for customers across North America—and we're looking for an Order Picker / Warehouse Associate to help make sure those products get to our customers accurately and on time.

Day Shift Hours- 6am-3pm
What You'll Be Doing
As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your day may include:
- Using pick lists to locate and pull products for customer orders
- Operating a forklift and electric pallet jack to safely move products
- Building and wrapping pallets for shipment
- Using handheld RF scanners to accurately track inventory and product movement
- Counting and verifying products and recording quantities and weights
- Identifying damaged or non-conforming products and ensuring they are properly handled
- Reporting product shortages to management
- Labeling completed pallets with customer and order information
- Staging completed orders in the correct location for shipment
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Following all safety, food safety, and quality standards
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Reliable and takes pride in getting the job done right
- Comfortable working with computers and handheld scanning technology
- Experienced operating a forklift and electric pallet jack
- Safety-minded and aware of your surroundings
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
Forklift, electric pallet jack, and RF scanning experience are required. Candidates must be able to maintain the necessary certifications and safely operate equipment around coworkers and other moving equipment.
