Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dilworth, MN, for an Asphalt Plant Operator. The role involves providing daily operations of the asphalt production plant, ensuring safety and compliance with standards, and coordinating production schedules. Key responsibilities include managing plant equipment, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, monitoring quality control processes, and operating heavy machinery as needed to maintain seamless production and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Operations and knowledge of asphalt production processes preferred
- Proficiency in Quality Control measures and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to operate and manage various machines required in asphalt production
- Skills in performing routine Maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Experience in Front end loader Operation and other heavy equipment operation is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in asphalt manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are beneficial
