Treasury Basin Support

We are hiring a detail oriented Treasury Operations Analyst to support daily banking, cash, and payment activities across the company. This role is focused on execution, accuracy, and process discipline, with responsibility for daily bank operations, account reconciliation, AP processing support, and treasury system administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process driven, and thrives in a fast paced environment, where priorities can shift and timelines are tight. You will work closely with Treasury, Accounting, AP/AR, and FP&A to ensure cash activity is recorded accurately, controls are followed, and treasury operations run smoothly day to day.

This is a hands  on support role well suited for someone who enjoys working in systems and data, following defined workflows, identifying discrepancies, and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Banking & Cash Operations

• Execute daily cash positioning, including downloading bank statements, reviewing balances, and reporting cash activity.
• Support daily funding activities, internal transfers, and short term cash movements.
• Monitor bank account activity to identify unusual or incorrect transactions and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate bank balance reporting for Treasury and Finance stakeholders.

Account Reconciliation & Close Support

• Perform daily and monthly bank account reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Support Accounting during month end close by preparing cash support, interest accruals, and transaction detail.
• Assist with variance analysis between bank activity, GL, and sub ledgers.
• Maintain audit ready documentation for cash, banking, and treasury activities.

AP Processing & Payment Support

• Support Accounts Payable processing, including payment file review, payment release support, and exception handling.
• Execute payments through bank portals and treasury systems in accordance with approval controls and cut  off times.
• Ensure proper dual approvals and payment controls are followed.
• Assist with vendor bank setup validation and fraud prevention processes.

Treasury Systems & Process Support

• Support administration of treasury systems, bank portals, and ERP cash modules.
• Maintain bank account documentation, signatory records, and ebanking entitlements.
• Help document, follow, and improve treasury and cash management processes and checklists.
• Support automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and errors.

Controls, Compliance & Documentation

• Follow established controls to ensure in treasury and payment processes.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to cash, banking, and payments.
• Maintain procedure documentation, workflows, and control evidence.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Treasury, Accounting, AP/AR, and FP&A to resolve cash and payment issues.
• Respond to requests and questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, accounting, or AP/AR.
• Hands  on experience with daily banking activity, reconciliations, or payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working in bank portals.

Preferred

• Experience supporting treasury or cash management functions.
• Exposure to SOX controls, audits, or regulated processes.
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to follow and enhance documented procedures.
