About the Trainee Program (90-Day Contract-to-Hire)
Our paid Field Trainee program is a 90-day, hands-on learning experience designed to develop your technical skills and expose you to multiple field disciplines. We are looking for a candidate to fulfill warehouse orders, assist with inventory, make field deliveries as needed, operate a forklift, load and unload materials on/off trucks and loading docks. You’ll contribute directly to real operations while receiving coaching, mentoring and practical training.
Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing evaluations and feedback. Trainees who perform successfully and demonstrate alignment with our values will be considered for full-time employment at the end of the 90 days.
