What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operator in Training position at Flywheel Energy Operating LLC?
Seeking to train applicants for our 90-day training program. We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated individuals with a passion for hands-on learning, creative thinking and a basic understanding of mechanical systems to join our Trainee program.
We offer on-the-job training and an opportunity to enter a rewarding career in the oil and gas industry. Trainees will be exposed to natural gas production, midstream and maintenance roles during the 90-day program. After training, applicants will be evaluated and if accepted, placed into a full-time role. No previous experience in oil and gas is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather. Physical requirements include regularly lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Previous trainees have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, mechanic, plumbing, farming, construction, student, welding, trade school, wireline, frac, lawn care, tech, electric, manufacturing, mill, timber, and various other industries.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
