Position Overview
Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism across home, school, and center-based settings in Fairburn.
This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule.
As an RBT, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
- Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
- Collect and record session data
- Attend team meetings and supervision
- Communicate with families and caregivers
- Maintain professional and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

In-person throughout Alpharetta, Duluth, and surrounding North Atlanta areas
