Behavior Technician - Part-Time Afternoon (Elizabeth, NJ)

Position Overview
Flywheel Centers is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Elizabeth, NJ. This role is ideal for someone seeking afternoon hours and meaningful, hands-on work helping children grow and thrive.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow a customized treatment plan to help children improve behaviors and build important life skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting

Follow behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA

Record and track data accurately during each session

Maintain professional communication with families and team members

Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed

Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
